Cover Up

Metallics and thick leathers... I am so thrilled it's fall YOU-HAVE-NO-IDEA. These are my favorite jackets of the moment and honestly, I would wear them even if its hot. I have really been looking up to Haider Ackermann lately, especially after seeing this leather peplum jacket (and no, its not only because I am utterly obsessed with peplums). I love the crisp modern feel it has. With a high ponytail and some skinny simple pants, this jacket works its magic by itself to create a one of a kind outfit -but now that I think of it, all of these jackets do. I guess the phrase to describe them would be "Statement Jackets" then-. Second off we have Vivienne Westwood's Red Label. This Asymmetric wool-blend felt jacket is not so 'FLASHY' as the rest for those of you who rather the quieter side, yet still its modern feel is breath taking despite its lack of color and greater seriousness. This is another Haider Ackermann peplum masterpiece, but instead of being leather, its a wool and silk-blend. I love it, the color reminds me of little wedding flower girl dresses (at least mine was that color).  For those who like the shorter cut jackets, Karl's "Jane" metallic faux leather jacket is outstanding, I love it, and I feel this metallic tone is cleaner than the rest, fresher if you will. Last but not least Rick Owens classis metalic textured-leather biker jacket. I consider this the 'sportier' version of leather chicness. I love it, but it is-at least in my perspective- a bit less formal than the rest because of its cut. In any case, I'd rock em all with no probleeeeemooou.
